Annie is a client-focused, results oriented real estate professional. Her commitment to customer service and integrity, combined with her strong negotiation skills, produce results that exceed her client's expectations.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Annie spent 15 years working with new homebuilders on various real estate projects in the Greater Toronto Area. From conception to implementation, Annie was involved in developing sales and marketing strategies to promote new homes to potential buyers. This knowledge provides her with a unique perspective that her clients can benefit from.
Annie also has a keen eye for design and decorating and can see a home’s potential that may otherwise be overlooked. She is often able to suggest small changes that can have a big impact on the value of a home. As a design consultant, Annie has worked with over 300 new home purchasers to customize their new homes and make choices regarding their finishes. Annie can quickly gain an understanding of her clients needs and this has lead to success working with both buyers and sellers.
Annie’s entire career has involved working with people, with a focus on customer service and putting clients’ needs first. From first time homebuyers to seasoned real estate investors, Annie’s enthusiasm, honest approach and track record of success provide a unique advantage to her clients.
